Our Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) experts are skilled trainers that customize the materials and tools to your organization.

Our Approach

Customized

We will customize the process, tools, case studies and examples to ensure they are relevant and immediately actionable in your work.

Measurable

We conduct pre-training and post-training surveys to measure the impact, effectiveness and satisfaction of the training which provides you with invaluable data to inform your next steps.

Sustainable

We offer 3 months of complimentary coaching after every training to all participants to continue building skills and knowledge.

Training Methods

Trainings are designed according to participant numbers, desired format, and complexity of application.

Bilingual

We offer training in French, Spanish and English as well as translation of all materials.

Length

All trainings are customized and include interactive elements to engage all learners. We recommend capping attendance at 25 people to ensure interactivity and can conduct trainings that vary from 2 hours to a full-day.

Format

We offer in-person, live online, e-learning self-paced, or a combination of all three.

GBA Plus Conference

We host annual GBA Plus conferences and online symposiums to share best practices, tools and tips. We strive to develop a thriving GBA Plus community network to generate support, jointly problem-solve and accelerate impact.
