CEC is proud to offer the first of its kind Equitable and Inclusive Leadership Certification.
Program design reflects evidence-based research and industry best practices in DEI and in adult learning methodologies. Each course is highly practical and includes strategies and actionable tools that really work.
Each course in the program is carefully curated by Canadian Equality DEI and adult learning experts informed by industry best practices.
Four courses with three-months access, one hour coaching session to provide additional support and to practically apply the learning, plus a digital certificate and badge upon completion.
You may be eligible for a grant to cover the cost of our program
The Canada-Alberta Job Grant will reimburse companies for 2/3 of eligible training costs for courses that:
are 21 hours in duration or greater
are completed within 52 weeks of the approval date
result in some sort of credential courses must start within six months of the grant application being approved.

Team leaders, people managers, HR and D&I Professionals, D&I Champions, project/program managers, scrum masters.
It is 30 hours in length. You can complete the program in about a month.
There is a final assessment administered online after the completion of the four courses along with a final Capstone project.
Contact Canadian Equality to receive the program cost. The more people that sign up from your workplace, the greater the discount. We believe in principles of equity in all that we do and can offer a sliding scale fee structure to meet your needs.
Eligible employers can get government funding to help employees and unemployed Albertans access training opportunities.
