Candace has over 15 years of experience in learning and organizational development, specializing in the unique intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, employee engagement, psychological safety, organizational culture, and change management.

Dedicated to creating inclusive environments where everyone feels safe, valued, and inspired to be and do their best, Candace brings strategic expertise to workplace transformation. Her experience highlights include designing and facilitating multi-year leadership development programs; leading impactful DEI, learning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives and strategies; conducting organizational and psychometric assessments; and coaching individuals to discover their strengths, challenge their limiting beliefs, and ultimately reach their personal and professional goals.

To complement her years of experience, Candace has an MA-IS in Work, Organization, Leadership, and Equity Studies and a B.A. Hons in psychology. She also holds an additional 15 designations and certifications spanning DEI, leadership, coaching, change management, emotional intelligence, mental health, communication, and conflict resolution.

Outside of work, Candace is a consumer of historical fiction, a cozy gamer, an amigurumi crocheter, a Magic player, a hot sauce enthusiast, and her dogs' biggest fan.
