Yes, at Canadian Equality Consulting, we believe that to be effective, everything we do must be customized to your organization. We provide the base survey and various indicator/section options for you to choose from to include. We also revise wording and language to match what your organization is used to. We also customize the access on the survey dashboard - to provide each leader with a view of their aggregate team results, while providing HR with a full organizational picture. We work with you to define access and customizations that are aligned with Canada Research Council best practices to protect and preserve confidentiality and anonymity.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to data privacy and security. Your data is everything. We are a proud Canadian company that primarily works with Canadian organizations and teams - and are proud to provide that data hosting and storage is all within Canada. Our Security & Data Privacy Protection Policy governs all data collection activities for all clients. The Policy outlines the acceptable forms of data collection and use and commits to keeping your information secure. No data will ever be shared beyond Canadian Equality Consulting employees, which is only assigned on a least-privilege basis through an approval workflow and must be reviewed and granted approval prior to providing access. Access is reviewed regularly and revoked promptly upon termination. All staff are trained in data privacy and security regularly. We have policies and protocols in place for cybersecurity and in the unlikely event of a data breach. Canadian Equality Consulting is obliged under federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) as it currently stands to have in place multiple fair information principles designed to ensure the security and privacy of all personal data.
In terms of data protections in our analysis, we follow Canada Research Council best practices and do not report on n=5 or under, or can offer alternative groupings to protect anonymity and confidentiality.

We want to recognize your hard work! By engaging in our Employee & Culture survey &/or Pulse Checks, we will provide your organization with a digital badge to recognize your commitment. Yes, this is an option. Our platform has the ability to integrate with your HRIS if desired.
Ai functionality is optional. We have built and trained our Ai tool that is currently only used to conduct a thematic analysis on qualitative data in larger data sets. When this Ai function is used, we always conduct reviews and quality checks by humans on our team. We understand that not every organization is comfortable with Ai usage and there is always an option to not deploy the Ai function. We do NOT use Ai to generate expert insights or recommendations. We believe the insights and recommendations must be customized to your organization and it is important to keep those functions human-centred based on research best practices.
It is a best practice to outsource to an impartial third party for organizational data collection and analysis. Because we are a third party organization, we can garner exceptionally high response rates. Using a third party ensures confidentiality and anonymity, boosts trust and confidence in leaders and the organization overall, and strengthens data and privacy protections.
