A Culture 360 Applied Learning Experience is a structured, competency-based learning journey designed to help participants build and apply a specific workplace capability.
Each experience brings together focused microlearning, realistic workplace scenarios, practical application, reflection and assessment. Rather than simply learning about a topic, participants have opportunities to practise what they learn, apply it in a workplace context and demonstrate their understanding.
Applied Learning Experiences are typically about three hours of self-paced learning, designed to be completed over 4–6 weeks.
Individual microlearning typically takes 10–15 minutes. Applied Learning Experiences are approximately three hours of learning and are designed to be completed over several weeks.
