Webinar: Protecting Your Mental Health

Wednesday, August 31, 2022 – 12:00PM – 1:00 PM MST

This month, we want to create a space to discuss the nuances around mental health, and to generate conversations about the importance of prioritizing one’s mental health. In this webinar, we will hear from two amazing speakers about their work, and their own personal mental health stories. Join us to learn about some Canadian-based mental health resources that folks can use to their advantage when seeking support on their mental health journey.
