As the world rapidly changes, so do the challenges and expectations surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this webinar, we will discuss: What does DEI work strive to achieve and how can we clearly demonstrate these outcomes?; How can we successfully navigate this onslaught of resistance?; And, how do DEI practices need to adapt or evolve to this new reality? We want to hear from you in this webinar and there will be ways for all to share and participate!

  • Marcie Hawranik, Canadian Equality Consulting Founder & President. Marcie Hawranik is the recipient of the 2018 Alberta Premier’s Award of Excellence for her work to advance gender equality in Alberta. In 2019 she was recognized as a SHE Innovator by UN Women. She is also very active in the community and is a member of various non-profit boards.
  • Jessica Lin, Canadian Equality Consulting Strategist & Trainer. Jessica is a passionate inclusion & HR practitioner who thrives on cultivating meaningful relationships while driving organizational change. Belonging is at the core of everything Jessica does, and she strives for everyone to experience this fundamental human need in the workplace and beyond.
