As a Data Analyst with Canadian Equality Consulting, Jasmine is passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful changes in the realm of DEI. Specializing in statistical analysis, Jasmine transforms complex survey data into actionable insights for CEC’s strategists.
After receiving her BA(H) in Linguistics and Mathematics from the University of Alberta and studying Law at McGill University, Jasmine made a deliberate career shift into data science. Armed with a diploma in Data Science from Le Wagon, she now does freelance data science and analysis for clients in Canada, the US, and all over the world. She also teaches data analysis, decision science, and machine learning to bootcamp students, continuously honing her communication skills and keeping up to date with the latest in data technologies.
Jasmine, a queer woman, lives and works on Treaty 6 territory in Amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton),Alberta. When she’s not working, Jasmine can often be found hiking, crocheting, or spending time with her friends and family.
