From Equality 360 to Culture 360: A Workplace Culture Learning Platform for Inclusive, High-Performing Organizations

When we launched Equality 360, our goal was simple: help organizations build more inclusive workplaces through practical, accessible learning. Today, Culture 360 has evolved into a workplace culture learning platform designed to support inclusive leadership, employee engagement, and high-performing teams.

Over the past year, we’ve spent time reflecting on what organizations are navigating: shifting workforce expectations, increasing complexity, limited capacity, and growing pressure to align values with action. Through this work, one insight became impossible to ignore…lasting inclusion doesn’t live in standalone initiatives. It lives in workplace culture.

That realization is what led us from Equality 360 to Culture 360. An evolution that better reflects how organizations build inclusive, high-performing cultures in practice.

What Organizations Need to Build an Inclusive Workplace Culture

What we consistently heard from leaders and People & Culture teams wasn’t a lack of commitment. Instead, the challenge was sustaining progress and embedding it into everyday practice.

Many leaders and teams understand why inclusion matters. What’s harder is integrating it into leadership expectations, people systems, and daily decision-making, especially in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.

Too often, equity and inclusion efforts were positioned as parallel work, separate from leadership development, performance management, employee engagement strategies, and compliance requirements. As a result, progress felt fragmented and difficult to sustain over time.

Through our work, it became clear that inclusion is not something organizations add on. It is something they build into their workplace culture. It shows up in how leaders lead, how policies are applied, how teams communicate, and how employees experience fairness, trust, and belonging in their day-to-day work.

This is fundamentally a culture challenge. Workplace culture is how values show up in systems, behaviours, and everyday employee experiences. It captures the intersection of inclusion, leadership, engagement, accountability, and performance.

As we reflected on the impact we wanted our learning platform to have, we realized that culture was the most accurate and actionable way to describe the work organizations needed.

That understanding became the foundation for Culture 360.

What Stays the Same and What Evolves

While the name has changed, the foundation remains strong.

What hasn’t changed is our commitment to high-quality learning built by workplace culture experts. Practical tools, toolkits, and facilitation guides remain central to the platform, supporting organizations to move from insight to action.

What has evolved is the scope and integration of the learning experience.

Culture 360 expands beyond core equity and inclusion topics to include modern HR and leadership, high-performing teams, wellness and conflict resolution, and compliance-based learning. These topics are intentionally connected because culture is shaped by systems, leadership, and priorities working together.

Learning is curated into customizable learning paths, helping organizations see how different topics reinforce one another and support consistent, aligned action across teams.

This evolution allows leaders and HR practitioners to approach workplace culture not as a collection of initiatives, but as a strategic, integrated effort.
