Webinar: A Roadmap to Advancing Black Leadership

To commemorate Black History Month, join us to examine the structural barriers impacting Black leadership and explore strategies for overcoming them. This Black History Month event will focus on key practices like mentorship, bias reduction, and increasing visibility to support Black leaders’ growth and advancement within organizations.

Speaker:

Destiny Udoh – At CEC, Destiny works as a Strategist & Trainer where she is responsible for curriculum design and development, interviewing clients through focus groups and consultations, qualitative data analysis, and other support for organizational assessments. Through her work, she hopes to be able to use her lived experiences as a platform to provide insights from the perspectives of critical race thoery, anti-racism and intersectionality.
