We develop or advance internal DEI Committees or Task Forces to ensure representation across all areas of your organization and across various identity groups. We support you to structure, recruit, and onboard the DEI Committee and develop effective Terms of References. We help align the DEI Committee on the strategic direction of this work and establish priorities.
